Walking This Path With You

Walking Together

This is not a journey of “quick fixes.” It’s a journey of learning new ways to live fully, even in the midst of illness or pain. My role is to walk beside you — to remind you that you are not broken, that your story has meaning, and that your life still holds beauty, purpose, and possibility.

Why I Do This Work

Women with chronic illness often feel invisible. They’re told to “just push through,” dismissed as too sensitive, or left searching for answers on their own. I know this story, because it’s also mine. And I believe deeply that no one should have to carry it alone.

That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to creating spaces where women can breathe, be heard, and find both compassionate support and actionable tools for daily living. My work is not about fixing you — it’s about walking together and helping you reclaim strength, peace, and purpose.

A Life Shaped by Experience

Living with chronic illness and chronic pain myself, I know the frustration of waking up tired, pushing through pain, and wondering if anyone truly sees what you carry. These experiences have become more than obstacles — they have shaped the way I show up, serve, and guide women walking similar paths.

The Roles I Carry

As a Cherokee psychologist, I’ve spent decades walking beside people navigating grief, trauma, and chronic/terminal medical conditions through the lens of their culture and beliefs.

As a health consultant, I blend clinical knowledge with practical strategies for living more fully even in the midst of fatigue, pain, and complexity.

As a speaker and coach, I create spaces of encouragement, teaching, and connection where women can feel less alone and more empowered.

And as a Cherokee woman, I honor the wisdom, resilience, and rootedness of Indigenous Traditions — bringing cultural depth and authenticity into all that I do.

From one-on-one guidance to keynotes and trainings, I’m here to walk alongside women and the communities that serve them.

Guiding women with chronic illness to move beyond their symptoms and live with purpose, resilience, and hope.
